anyone ever use advantage?

I have been looking for a while, and advantage rent a car had the best deal. 17 days for a mid size, a total of $400. But i have never used them before. Are these newer cars? how is the overall customer service?

It seems to be a hot topic since their prices are so low. I'm on the fence on keeping my reservation, I don't want to hassle with poor customer service.

Epinion.com had alot of reviews on Advantage, the one I quoted in the thread is just a sample but they all pretty much had the same theme. Hopefully some Diser's will come back and report soon.

Actually i am thinking the same thing. I have always gone with national or dollar. I just called national and they agreed to beat the price. so I got a mid size for only $384 total.
