Anyone ever "un-closed" their deal?

A situation that could have been easily avoided 4 days ago....

Well, in my mind, it should have been enough to pose my question with the caveat that DVC has admitted it is at fault and the contract should have never been closed. My bad. :upsidedow

Tim has given you one excellent example above of one scenario where the unknown travesty would actually not have been anyone's bad at all. The scenario he cites is one where everything was done correctly...just not as you expected it to go.

Also, the fact that some unnamed Disney employee supposedly told you they think Disney made a mistake does not mean that Disney really did make a mistake. People will tell you what you want to hear just to make you go away.

If - in fact - DVC made a mistake (which they certainly do from time to time), they'll fix it. If they didn't make a mistake, they may fix it anyway just to grease a squeaky wheel. Or they may decide they're right and you're not.

Either way, you'll know in due time. The final outcome is what matters..not our speculation, or your opinion. Hope it works out for you.

unfortunately what's in your mind continues to be a mystery to all. Why half the story and not the whole story? Are you afraid that popular opinion will find that you are in error, or not agree with you?

It's really no wonder, based on your communication skills that there was a problem with your contract. Good Luck!
