anyone ever taken Evening primrose

DId you take it when preganant to help induce labor? I've read that midwives suggest it - I'm too chicken though I've bought it...just looking for someone to tell me that it worked for them & that they suggest it...

Usually, it's best to let labor happen on its own...........and if not, dr.s should start it....................but I know it's awfully hard at the end, especially if baby's late!

I have heard that the best thing you can do is drink lots of liquids (yep, even more peeing!) and walk around a lot.........not strenuously, just easy walking...........(so more swelling too!).

Sorry, I wouldn't take it. I had the same feeling about another product someone told me to use, but I decided what if it hurt the baby? Not worth the risk!

Lots of my friends take it to ease PMS and/or menapause symptoms. They call it a wonder drug.

I don't get PMS, so I can't say though for myself.

Isn't the end of the pregnancy the hardest? About 36 weeks I started begging my baby to come out. I was so OVER being pregnant. Try a nice warm bath, being "available" to your husband can sometimes help, and there's one more but I can't think of an appropriate way to say it here without getting into trouble. I definately wouldn't try taking the primrose. Just too many unknowns.

Are you saying you ARE pregnant and want to induce labor? PLEASE, do NOT take anything. Let it all happen NATURALLY!!! ZERO, NOTHING, STOP!!!
Return it to the store. NOT NECESSARY!!!
