Anyone ever see the Travel Channel show "Meet the Natives: USA"?

It was a 6 segment show about several men from the island of Tanna (in nation of Vanuatu) who visited different locations in the US. Their goal was apparently to find a former American service member they called "Tom Navy" who visited the island, helped the natives on the island, and deeply affected their culture around WWII.

They had one segment where they visited Orange County, CA. It seemed almost vacuous, as they kept on playing in the pool at their host family's home and attended a Botox party hosted by the host mother.

However, they did have a segment where they visited Knott's Berry Farm to take them on roller coasters. I wondered why Knott's when Disneyland would have been more iconic. The best I could figure is that maybe they tried asking, but couldn't get permission for a commercial video crew to follow them around.
