If so, can you tell me a little bit about what he/she did with you, what the costs were, if you felt it was worth it, etc.?

Assuming a personal fitness trainer. I am one myself and am pleased there is a gym at Beach Club but curious to know how old it is/what equipment they have. A lot of times resorts advertise gyms but really it times out to simply be a room with cardio machines lol

^^ Exactly. We are staying at BC and BW, so I was looking to hire one for about 3-5 sessions, not so much because I don't know what to do, but more because having an appointment ahead of time ensures I'll do it. :)

DJBass, I poked my head in the Ship Shape club last year, and it's a pretty decent fitness center for a hotel--much better than some of "fitness centers" that other hotels advertise that have one treadmill or one elliptical and a few hand weights.

ETA: I haven't seen it since it was renovated last fall.
