anyone ever have trouble with expedia.com?

DH and I booked our WDW trip (hotel and airfare) through a package at expedia.com back in October, and PAID for it. So, last night, I was going to book my Mears tickets, so I went to expedia and looked up "My Trips" to see the flight numbers. At the top of the page, the words "Vacation Package Not Purchased" screamed at me.





What the #$^&# is going on? I am flipping out. I sent off a panicked email to expedia, but I think I may call them this morning, as I am way too impatient to wait for an email response. Has anyone else ever had problems with this site? We're supposed to be leaving in 11 days!!!

If this is some random mistake, I'm going to ask for an extra free night at the hotel for our pain and trouble. Heh heh.

There is no way I'd wait for an email I'd be on the phone in a flash. Get all you paper work together. Have your proof that you paid. I just had a problem with my insurance, I sent in xxx.04 and it was suppost to be xxx.99 and they didnot cash the check, can you believe that like I wanted to jip then .95 cents.
Just have all your info so you can back up what you are saying.
I had trouble once I can't remember if it was Excite or Experdia.
Anyway I had hotel res for new year eve and they gave me a quote but when I went there they wanted 2x as much because of new years. I had to pay the 2x but Excite returned the money when I called them.
Get on the phone now.......they

WHEW!!!

Everything is resolved. The site had our trip listed under the wrong reservation number! We are all booked and paid up!

Now I can go back to be super hyper 11 DAYS!!!
