Has anyone ever had a problem with getting a response from Milesource through emails? I've had a problem with logging in and have sent them numerous emails but have had no luck with a response from them. Is anyone having a problem with logging in? Everytime I log in, it comes up with "failed request" in the browser address bar and brings me back to the log in page. Also, I only needed another 30 more awardmiles before cashing in for a $25 certificate when this all started. My husband is waiting for his $25 certificate for a couple of weeks and has sent them emails also but have not heard back from Milesource. Was wondering if anyone else is having or have had problems in the past.
