This trip I'm planning on asking for one due to a panic disorder. Will it be easier for me to bring a letter stating what my concerns are? I really need an aisle seat in the rear of theatre type attractions and I can't handle the crowded room type of lines. I spent the whole time waiting for the Little Mermaid trying to decide if I should try to fight my way to the exit since we were in the front of the holding area. I really want to enjoy this trip and not worry about having a panic attack. Now Im worried I'll be nervous explaining to the CM and get turned down.

I guess it may depend on the severity of the diability.

Just want to send along a :grouphug:

I'm sure it will work out for you. Explain your situation and Good Luck!
Try NOT to stress over the things that are NOT within your control (like WILL they give you the GAC).
If you have meds to help you thru the "panic" take them, OR do the deep breathe, you know, IN thru the nose, long and deep and Out thru the mouth slow and long.

YOU CAN DO IT!! You will have a FABULOUS TIME And handle each situation as best as you can. Don't worry NOW as it will likely work out for you.
Sending POSITIVE vibes your way.......pixiedust:

The CM's don't want or need to know what your disability is. They need to know what accomodation you need.

Tell the CM that you need to wait in the least crowded area possible, and get first entrance into the theater so you can go to the far end of the back of the theater for your seat.

Keep in mind that the very last row(s) at some attractions are reserved for those in wheelchairs and their companions, and you might need to sit three or four rows from the back in that case.

In all honesty I don't know why you wouldn't be accomodated, it seems like a reasonable request.
