Anyone ever get refund for Memory Maker?

I am sorry but the Memory Maker pictures are just awful! These photopass photographers are terrible!!! I have been her for 12 days and there isn't one photo out of hundreds that is better than any I have on my iPhone! Do you think they would refund me the money?

You can send an email to WDW.guest.correspondence@disney.com listing your specific issues and request a refund. I suggest that you state your complaint in very specific terms (No whining, embellishing or threatening). Sometimes they will not refund you but may give you something for your next trip.
