We just returned from a 9 day trip and we had prepurchased Memory Maker. While we were there, many times we would go to the CM's after riding an attraction with the ride photo and had them scan our bands... even though supposedly the ride photos are automatically sent to our Disney account. We're also supposed to get those ride videos for TOT and 7D. Well now that we are home and looking at our photopass photos we are missing soooooooooooo many photos.
I can't remember every photo we had taken in the parks, but I know the number of times we rode certain attractions and I'd say we are missing 70% of our ride photos and videos.
I've emailed the Photopass customer service and they asked for all of our travel parties Magic Band ID numbers. I sent them all 5 IDs and today they emailed saying they did add "some" photos to our account but they are unable to find any more. I looked to see which ride photos they added... turns out they added one and it wasn't even my family. nice. The email I got back also said that since I have not downloaded or claimed any of the photos yet (was waiting to do that until this got sorted out) that I can ask for a refund by calling them. Well, that means I don't get ANY of the 92 photos that did show up! Before I call customer service to discuss this further, I was wondering if anyone ever got a partial refund on the $150 when so many of their photos were missing like ours and still got to keep the photos that did save?
