then buy DVD again? We used to own BWV points, sold them due to the high Canadian dollar and the fact that our two teens no longer wanted to visit Disney, but lately I'm starting to think about possibly purchasing a small contract again. I don't think we need too many points as it would probably be just dh and I for most trips, but in the future (several years from now) I hope that we would be able to bring our kids and their families.

I suspect you are not the first to buy, sell and then want to buy back again. Resale is probably going to be the cheapest way back in. We had a good experience with Pat at the Timeshare Store.

We are doing this right now! We sold a few years ago (for as much as we paid!) because I quit my job to be a stay at home mom. The payment was just too much for us. Now that we';ve adjusted and paid off some things we are getting back into it. We are going through Disney with the Vero promotion. I know people say to buy where you stay but we've already made a bunch of ressies for Orlando on very short notice. I should mention that we don't really care which property we stay at in Orlando..we like them all!

Sold last year because of some plans that didn't pan out after all, then bought back in this year. Will never sell again. If something happens then we will do something with the points for a year or 2 but not sell. Stupidest thing I ever did. Had they not sold within a week I may have come to my senses.

We sold 1/2 our pts this past Jan. to cover some up coming medical expenses not covered by our insurance (we had 2 contracts) and plan to buy them back as soon as we are able to. So I think it's probably more common to do this than you think.

Boy oh Boy I can't wait to have my points back again too - you don't realize how spoiled you get having the extra pts and the ability to stay longer and/or in the bigger size villa's

I'm just glad we didn't have to sell them all!!
