Anyone ever book trip with Small World Vacations?

Hello...Just curious to know if anyone has ever booked their Disney trip with Small World Vacations (linked from Mousesavers)? If not, any ideas as to other reliable sites I could book my trip through? Appreciate the input!!

This will be our second trip booked with It's A Small World. We use Marion. We do room only and she has been fantastic about getting us the best rates! Plus she is going to help me with some special plans for surprises in the room.

Highly recommend! I am sure the packages she puts together are great too!

I've never used Small World myself but I have heard good things about them. We use Magical Memories Travel and have been very pleased! They got us a great group rate at the Poly for the end of November/early December. The service has been great so great deal + great service = happy me!

There are several really good Disney Specialist agencies out there. I'm sure you'd be in good hands with any of them! I ended up requesting quotes from a couple and then picking the one that I "connected" with best.

I have used Jodie at Small World sveral times....they are really great to deal with...she even called me once because she saw an airline special from my departire city! (And they do not even book do airfare...she saw it and was thoughtful enough to call me!)

We used Josephine from Small World (WDWVacations.com) last year and this year. Great service and a nice helpful person to deal with. Saved us $800.00 last this, not as much this year with little discounts available. Made all our dining reservations for us. Even went out of her way last year to help us when she was "stuck" with her family in WDW and we could not get there as scheduled due to the first hurricane.
We will definitely be using them in the future. Even if you were able to get the exact same rates from Disney, using Small World will save you a TON of time not having to be on the phone (or on hold) with Disney!
It's much easier to let the Disney "specialists" take care of you and look for discounts. Can't beat it since it's free!

We're currently using Tracy (in CA) from Small World Travel. She rocks! She's provided quick and informative e-mail communications. Since we're getting the free dining plan, the room charge couldn't be discounted. But that was fine with us, considering the huge discount we're already getting by not buying the food! They also give you a very nice quality rain poncho when you use them. Granted, it doesn't have Mickey on the back, but it makes it easier to spot your kinds in them, when they're not in a sea of yellow poncho wearers!

We used Sandy at Small World for our upcoming honeymoon. She was really patient with us first timer WDW visitors and all our questions. Super sweet and saved us some money on upgrading to concierge. Highly recommend her.

We have used Kerri twice now, with no complaints. She was very quick to re-book our trip with the free dining when that came out, and she is an excellent source of information.

Also referred our neighbor to Small World, and she just used them to book a trip.

We are using Andrea R., she was recommended by someone on the mousesavers site. She has been wonderful! I neglected to tell her I was a AAA member and when I finally did, she got us the AAA discount. I didn't realize she could also make PS reservations, I had printed a calendar with the dates to start, if I run into problems I will call her. She also asked if a "deal" became available did I want her to price it for me. She told me that they keep tabs on what's going on and if she sees anything she will let me know.

All and all very happy.

We are also using Tracy in California. She's been very helpful and patient with us as we changed our plans several times before we actually put our deposit down!

We've used Denise from Small World for two vacations! Both were somewhat complicated, as we started out at Hard Rock Hotel at Universal then moved to Animal Kingdom Lodge for the first one. The second we started out at Dolphin and moved to the Poly. She was great on both!!! In fact, I planned to start at an all-stars instead of the Dolphin and Denise told me about a great deal they had at the Dolphin!

I highly recommend them...they know what they are doing!
