Anyone else's video ipod quit working?

Bought DH the 60 GB ipod for Christmas. Well, it quit working the other day.

It's not a reset problem.

Anyone else had trouble?

I just sent my daughters in for repair today. It was skipping songs all over the place and wouldn't play. They sent a DHL packing box out to my house, complete with TAPE LMAO That was great as I didn't have any. I called DHL as soon as I was done and they came back within a couple of hours to take it off to apple. Apples tech support was great and in this country, now we will see how long it takes them to fix it or send a new one from this time on.
I also loved my daughters so much I bought myself the 60 gb one and it is working fine so far. The only thing is I can't figure out how to put video on it on my own. I saw the ipod lounge instructions but I just don't want to spend the money on the software and encode stuff myself. That is my only dissapointment so far, I think apple dropped the ball with making video as easy as the songs.

Dh happened to be playing a video when it quit.

I just got off the phone with Apple and they are sending a DHL box. He said we will probably get a new ipod within the week.

All we get when we turn it on is an ipod icon with a sad face. It's kind of cute.

Sorry yours isn't working. No problems with my 30gb.

As a matter of fact, I had a chance to watch both podcasts I'd downloaded onto it while waiting at the doctor's office. That is a sad commentary on how long I was at the doctors, at least I enjoyed the wait.
