Anyone else unable to change/modify resort reservation using MDE?

Hi all-
Last year I was able to modify our resort room reservation online. This time I see the "change reservation" link but every time I press it--it just refreshes the screen! Anyone else have this issue? It's a pain to call in all the time to check availability of dates, other resorts, etc.

Seriously, the whole "Change Reservation" thing comes and goes on mine. Usually if I wait a day or two it starts working again.

Just call in. I was super excited when it let me modify my guests online. Gave me a confirmation page, but never showed up in MDE like that. And when I called in, it wasn't there, so the phone CM changed it for me.

Sometimes if I delete my cookies I have luck with it but lately I also just get the refreshing of the page. I have had no trouble calling in though.

I have never been able to actually change mine online. Whenever I've tried, I get the same result as @dizzyinwdw is getting now.

Count me as another one who has never been able to change or modify a reservation online. Same issue-page keeps refreshing. I have always ended up calling.

No, I've been able to change a reservation and see it reflected in MDE. Last time a few months ago. Also I've successfully cancelled room only reservations, but never gotten a confirmation email regarding the cancellation.
