Anyone else struggling with getting the code for DDP at 180 days?

I have booked with Virgin and I realise I need a code to book the DDP reservations at 180 days, I keep phoning Virgin and they say they won't give me the code until the end of the month (which will then be 160 days) and I am worried I won't get the reservations I wanted. Has anyone else had this trouble? I keep phoning them and they keep saying they won't give me the code at 180 days but without it I can make my ADR? Please help.
