Anyone else send in 2007 dues and get billed late fees?

I sent in my 2007 membership dues one day after I got the bill, but yesterday I got another bill, including late charges. I wonder what happened to my first payment. I believe that I filled out info on the bill to have the dues charged to my Disney Rewards Visa, but I can't remember for sure. Anyway, my Visa was never charged, so either they never got it in the mail or misplaced it.
Did anyone else have this happen?

When I first received my bill I went online and filled out the info to have it charged to my rewards card. Never was.
I called MS 3 or 4 weeks later and asked that it be charged and it worked that time.

I am in the process of getting the Disney Visa card. What do I need to do for MS to charge the card instead of taking it out of my account? Would it be best to call?

Same thing here. I asked that it be charged to my AMEX quite a while ago. Good thing DW checked online. They say they have the wrong number. Hmmmm, this is the same card I've used for most transactions with MS.

I was able to charge my dues online on the DVC website with no problems and I waited until Feb 14 to do it so was a little nervous when it said it might take a couple of days to be credited. When I checked on the 15th it was already showing as paid. You do have to pay the entire amount if you wish to use the credit card unlike having it debited from your account where they do it monthly.

When we received our bill I called the phone number on the bill and charged it to our Disney Visa. Never a problem.... and got a few rewards points, too !

Two years a go I sent a check and it was never received.

Hum, maybe a pattern here. The same thing happened to me about 4 or 5 years ago when I mailed a check drawn against a money market account that reportedly was never rec'd. Ever since I've either called MS with a Visa card number, or now pay online with the visa card.

We rec'd the "once in a lifetime" exception when this happened to avoid their late fee.
