Anyone else sell plasma?

I remember someone posting a while ago about selling blood plasma as a way
to make extra $. I saw an ad in our paper for this and I have signed up to do it too. Has anyone else done this? How bad is it? ( My dh keeps scaring me that he's heard it's REALLY bad.)

It's not bad but it does take a while.

Honestly, some things are worth money and some are worth doing just because it's right to do. If you're healthy and can give be grateful and do it just because.

Bummer for me and DH, we had hepatitis A years ago, and can no longer give blood (I used to donate on a regular basis). I'd LOVE to be able to get some extra $ donating plasma - I have no fear of needles, and have great veins (at least that's what I've been told ).
