Anyone else receiving an error

yes, today is THE day. I finally got on and booked Palo for night #15. better than nothing.

On this subject, I loged on at Midnight (9 My time as I am on the west coast) and when I go on to the Palo reservations, I selected the brunch option, then it took forever to get to the time selection. I was shocked to see the time and date I wanted was there and could be booked. I selected it (the 13th for a party of 3 at 11 A.M.) I next hit the continue button and then it sat on the mickey fish head for twenty min, and then it kicked me out of they system saying that the system was down. I could not get back on until 3:30 A.M. here on the west coast and then all the brunches and high teas were gone. I email DCL and I hope they find a way to honor my Palo selection as I lost it due to no fault of my own. Thought I would share my story. I feel that I (for lack of a better term) got screwed.

Tell me about it. I must have faith that they will do the right thing. I did send a strongly worded but polite email to try to get the situation resolved.

Thanks. I think I am going to need it. I just have to remember there are eight days worth of brunches. I am sure there will be a cancellation or two. I will get on the waiting list. On my seven night cruise, there were only two sea days, I they called me both times. So that makes me feel better, but I would like that res.

This happened to me at midnight on the appointed day (months ago - we were just on the 27th Jan Wonder sailing). I tried for two hours to get back in. Eventually I gave up. We were able to book Palo brunch (which was the whole point) once on board. We booked everything else online the next morning (like not at 2am). It was frustrating, disappointing, but in the end all was well.

This is EXACTLY what happened to me three and a half months ago!!! It was there, and I had it and WHAM, Mickey shoved his internet fist in my poor tummy and I just sat and sniffled at the screen. I tried again - but by then Palo brunch was gone. I just gave up and went to bed.

In the end, like I said, we managed to get Palo brunch on board. I was in line at Wave Bands early.

I think Disney needs to upgrade their computer system so that this wont happen again.
