The webpage for the police department in our old town posts their "Top Ten Most Wanted" list. They have a picture, basic stats, height, weight, eye color, etc., and what the charge is-typically they are really bad things like writing bad checks, 5th degree assault (aka bar fight) but they don't go into any detail of WHY they are charged. Inquiring minds just want to know 
. I think they should list that Jane Doe got into a cat fight with Sara Smith at the corner bar or whatever. It would make for a lot more interesting reading .
