Anyone else re-thinking WDW/DLR for their DFTW? I'm thinking Aulani in Hawaii!

I have been flip-flopping from a DLR wedding (California native, would be much easier for friends/family) to a WDW wedding (more of a dream wedding) and now I'm kinda thinking Aulani, the new Disney resort in Hawaii!

Anyone else?

Wow that looks amazing. I think it's a perfect combination of Disney and a tropical destination wedding. Too bad it's not offered until Oct 2010 or I definitely would have considered this!!! I love Hawaii

I actually thought about this also. Me and DF will be going to Hawaii on our honeymoon, and we considered doing the wedding there, but decided on Disney World. No one in his family would be able to come because the flights would be way to expensive. (We live on the east coast) Also I really love the WP and want all the Disney magic. However I think the place looks amazing and we are thinking about staying there for a night or two on our honeymoon. I can't really find much info. about staying there.

Go to the DVC boards, you will find info on the resort there. One half of the resort will be a DVC resort, the other half a regular hotel. Like the BWI and BWV are set up. As a DVC member we are so excited to stay there when it opens!

Even though we just renewed our vows at WDW, I would love to renew our vows again in the future and this looks like the perfect place to do it! It looks like it will be beautiful. I can't wait until more info about Weddings there gets released.

Im so thinking this is going to be a popular spot for disney lovers who want a destination weddig as well...I will definetely head out and visit the resort but the date is well beyond what I imagine in my mind as my deadline
