care to share where you are staying and how long you are going to be at WDW? - anyone have food plans yet?

thanks

Tina

I am hoping to be able to go the first week of December but haven't decided which resort. I am leaning toward POFQ but it will seriously depend on how my trip this October goes. We will be having our very first stay in a deluxe (WL) and I don't want to book for Dec 2005 in case I absolutely fall in love with the WL.

I am leaning toward POFQ because we absolutely LOVE CBR but if you can't get the building you request it is WAY too spread out for my taste. Looking at the POFQ map, all buildings seem convenient to everything.

Happy planning!:wave2:

i should add my info LOL

we are going for 4 nts, nov 28th - dec 2. CR resort, standard wing :( ( want tower but, umm- no)
hoping to make the msot of our short trip...flying in at 7:30am n/s from MKE and hoping to arrive at the world by 11:30 to have lunch, the departure day, taking a late flight- 6:30pm to get one last full day under our belts!

i am already thinking that i will ask DH to go to WDW again on our 10th anniversary...( oct 2009) we will see how this trip goes :)

We are going in December.

We are going on a 4 day Wonder Cruise on Dec, 5th, then go Port Orleans Riverside when we return.

We love the World all decked out for Christmas. Gotta go MVMCP and CP. :p

I should post our info also... We will be leaving for the Dolphin on either 12/23 or 12/24 2005 and staying until eith 12/31 or 1/1 .. This is looking like a trip with DH, DD, my parents and my brother. I have decided to get everyone in the mood this christmas by making everyone Disney care packages with sweatshirts (got a great deal at TDS0, the unofficial guide, birnbuams guide, a tree ornament etc.... It should be a blast!

We are going Dec. 2 through the 10th. Staying at the WL. We already have our tickets for Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Have our schedule already madefor the days we are there already planned out :jumping1:

Only thing left to do is purchase plane tickets and PS.:cool1:

Anybody staying at WL during this time frame?:wave2:

Hopefully we will be staying at the Beach Club Villas for about 10 nights over christmas and new year 2005/6. I can't wait.

Right now we are tentative to be going from the Sat before Thanksgiving to the Sat after Thanksgiving in 2005. We are thinking Swan/Dolphin with Turkey Day dinner at LTT in the MK.

I'm honestly wondering when we will be going. LoL We were planning on November 2005 but then started thinking of moving our trip up more to late spring 2005. Now our daughter has just found out she will be having our first grandchild in January 2005 so we are planning again on November. Now Disney has changed November 2005 from value season to regular season so maybe we'll try for early December? LoL We want to stay so badly at AKL again with a pool view but with so few discounts lately we may have to go with a moderate. Alligator Bayou at PO/RS looks so cute to me but with a young baby it might be better to have a private balcony in case us grandparents decide to take the little one back for an afternoon nap. So many choices I am starting to get overwhelmed already.

Booked WL Nov 27 through Dec 4, with 8yo DGD. Already have MVMCP tickets, Booked Jet Blue for early flight out of Boston. Looking into town car from MCO to WL. I also might book a fishing trip on world showcase lagoon. DGD loves to fish, Im looking into a specialty cruise for Illuminations. Enjoy planing trips to WDW so I need the time to think things through. But I know it will be here before I know it. :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:

Hi - We plan to be there from 12/9 to 12/18 - but my DH is talking about going the 2nd week in January instead. That means no MVMCP. :( But, I am always depressed when the holidays are over so this would be something to look forward too. :D But the weather in January is so ify, I just hope we don't FREEZE! PS: I just noticed the 2005 date too. Our plans are for 12/04 or 01/05.

We are planning to go the first week in December for 7 nights, 8 days with our best friends. It will be me and my dh, and our two boys, and my friend and her dh and her three boys, plus my mother and her mother.

I have nothing booked right now...just trying to save up some money! I am hoping to get either 2 moderate rooms or a cabin in FW...whichever is least expensive, for my family. I'm not sure where my friend and her family are looking into staying. Somewhere onsite, I know.

I've been thinking of what we want to do and where we want to eat. MVMCP and the CP are musts...plus I want to eat at 1900 Park Fare with Mary Poppins (for the girls!!)

Other than that, I'm just dis'n it for the time being!!

We always go the first or second week in Dec. This is to celebrate DD's b-day. We just love visiting WDW this time of year and especially enjoy the shorter attraction lines at MVMCP.

We're planning to go Thanksgiving week. Our kids are out of school the whole week and their bday is the day before thanksgiving. We're also planning to take my MIL who hasn't been to WDW since the 70's.

I'm not sure where we'll stay. We had a great time at the Poly last month, but I think the hot weather and being able to play on the beach had a lot to do w/ it. Right now we're leaning towards AKL. I haven't thought too much about food yet. This is the longest out we've ever even thought about a vacation so it's hard to focus too much on it yet.

My DD and I will be there! :earsgirl: princess:
Right now I have reservations at POFQ but if I can get an AP rate at WL we will switch.

This December is our first holiday season trip, and we're combining 10 park days (WDW and UO) and a 4-night cruise. Next year will depend on how this year goes. Next year, if we do a 7-night cruise, that will be it, or we'll do 10 days at WDW.

Either way...it's ALL GOOD!!!!!

We are planning our 10th Wedding anniversary trip for Dec. 4-Dec. 18 (14 nights!). We are wanting to spend 8 nights at in a 1 bedroom at VWL (our DVC points), 3 nights at AKL concierge Savannah view and 3 nights at GF Concierge Main building. :D

Right now the major planning is on hold until after our October trip. Then let the planning begin again!

I plan on spending Christmas there with my family. Can't wait. We are hoping to stay at the WL. Hope that we can.
