Anyone else order from old navy's 35% off sale in the last couple of days?

I had to enter the 35% off code a couple of times but finally it worked. I did go back and read all the fine print to make sure I wasn't ordering something it didn't apply to. I only placed my order after making sure the total was 35% off. However, my confirmation email and their site now both have the full price listed, and that's what they charged to my credit card. I've sent an email to customer service already but just wondered if anyone else had this experience.

I ordered a coat from Old Navy for DH late last week (the Canadian website was offering 30% off, not 35% ... but we rarely get the awesome sales that our American friends enjoy) and all was fine. The order showed the discount, the confirmation email showed the discount, and the proper amount was charged to my credit card.

I ordered 3 pairs of jeans earlier this week, entered the code for 35% off. I've had no problems with receipt and today I got an e-mail saying that everything has shipped. Price was correct.

I had the same problem! I was looking at my cc charges today and it was way more than it was supposed to be. I went to oldnavy.com and looked up the order and it didn't show that I got the discount. I know I put in the code and at least triple checked it before I put in the order.

I called this afternoon and after getting through their obnoxious phone queue I spoke with a nice lady that fixed everything.

I just ordered last night, at the very last minute before the 35% went inactive. Just checked my confirmation in my email and the total is correct with the right discount, but I'll check my CC now just in case!

I ordered last night also, at almost midnight. I just got my email about shipping. Only 3 items of about 10 shipped. I did notice that the unit price was full price but at the total for what shipped the promotion discount is subtracted. Wonder when the other items will come? I also ordered from Gap at about the same time. I haven't gotten a shipping notice from them.

I had issues too with the coupon not applying. I called them yesterday and spoke to a customer service rep and she was very helpful. I was able to get everything for 35% off, PLUS an additional 15% off for my trouble. I would definitely try calling.

Yes they do have BF deals - according to BF sites this year it will be 50% off everything (same as in stores).
