A bunch of SW fans would disagree --- and there are a lot of them with lots of purchasing dollars. You've seen how many lightsabers and robots sold every day, right? GE maybe not popular in having two rides, but definitely delivers on experience and merch dollars to boot. And that's before the $6000 2day cruise experience hits.
That's the beauty of Disney though -- the tentpole has expanded significantly over the years with Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel add-on.
I like Star Wars, and have no issue with it in Tomorrowland. Tomorrowland is just a hot mess really. The only 2 things I like there are Space Mountain and Star Tours.
I love Carsland. I really don't like Marvel and could happily do without it in the parks. I was sad to see them get rid of Tower of Terror, which was an awesome ride that didn't need a "do-over".

I'm not a Marvel fan, in general. I've seen a handful of movies and watched Wanda Vision but I am really mostly clueless about the universe. I still find Avengers Campus more interesting and enjoyable than Galaxys Edge. It has more interesting food and drinks (and a bar that anyone can visit easily) and the theme music is FANTASTIC. it really does pump you up and make you feel like you are in a special place. And there is ACTUALLY live entertainment and characters wandering around and showing up to do shows constantly. It feels alive. Galaxy's edge feels like a middle school dance where no one is dancing. Minus the music.
