Anyone Else NOT Entering Castle Contest??

DD13 will be at camp until June 29, and it's the last week of a 3 week wilderness adventure, so no way I could ask her to miss that for Disney, and really no point in missing the first part of the trip so we could rush to Florida the next day to spend the night in the Castle - we'd be too tired to enjoy it!!

So I'm not entering because if I won I'd be heartbroken not to be able to go!!! Anyone else decided to let others have a better chance by not entering???

I won't be entering-believe it or not, DH and I have no desire to stay there. Give us a night at the Poly concierge instead and we'll be very happy. I would enter for my kids, but we wouldn't be able to go at that time either since we have a trip planned for August. Bottom line-no we're not entering. Good luck to the rest of you!!!

Starting at the end of January 2007, three hundred and seven (307) ONE-NIGHT STAYS AT CINDERELLA CASTLE SUITE are available:​

They only give that away in the park. There is a clause about it.

Although both attendees and mail-in entrants are eligible to be selected as winners, certain prizes are Disney Property-specific (for example, DREAM FASTPASS badges, events and overnight stays) and may require same day use, and therefore, are only available to participants present at the California Disney Properties or the Florida Disney Properties (or certain parks or locations within each), as applicable.

Based on the rules if the computer picks "Mail-in" gets to stay at Cindy's they don't have to do anything for you, except maybe tell you won. However, they associate a prize value of $587 with it, and they are free to substitute any other prize of equilivent or more value. So people at RADP figure if that happens, they will swap that prize for another one.

I think they are talking about the DVC-exclusive sweepstakes for 1 night in the Castle sometime in June. It also includes 4-nights at SSR beforehand, RT air, and park hoppers for up to 5 people.

Yep, signed up. My wife would never forgive me if we didn't try. Of course, it is literally a month after a 1-week, multi-family trip we are taking that we can't cancel, so I will need to get creative with time off of work. Uh-oh, it that pnumonia I feel coming on.....?

Not that it matters, I've been playing the lottery for yearsand haven't won so much as $10.

Heck yes, I signed up. Won't win it though. I never do.

I'll be there in May for two weeks. I have no set plans for June so I could do it. Or I could offer it to some of my siblings' families. My sister has a family of 4, so she could always join us. My brother's wife will be expecting about then. And my other brother has a family of 6. I'd be the coolest aunt ever if I won a Cinderella Castle trip for them.

Best case scenario: I win a free night stay in May and the trip in June. I get to stay in May and send my cash-strapped, yet Princess-crazy nieces and their family of 6 on the June trip.

Well, I probably won't be signing up because the Members site does not like me! I have never, ever been able to get into it. I've tried everything. Heve spoken to MS about it and everything they have told me to try has never worked. I don't even bother to go there any more.
