Just tried to log into my DVC Member account after finally getting all my Park Passes completed, and now I get this screen asking to verify my DVC Membership.

I looked all through my paperwork from 2010 and I can't find a Club ID or Activation Code. It's not the Membership # or Contract # that's for sure.

Guess I'll have to call tomorrow and hopefully find someone there still working who can help. Glad I've already booked all my points. Just another Disney IT frustration to deal with.

I had this happen when Disney IT merged all of my Disney.go.com accounts under one login, which wasn’t my DVC login.

I had that.. closed out of my browser and went back in and it was gone.

Thanks. Tried that, no luck. I did however locate my Club ID number. I had it on the header of my uber complicated point usage and cost analysis/break-even, nerd worthy DVC Vacation Excel spreadsheet! Memory still fuzzy on the Activation Code, but I think back in 2010 they activated it for me over the phone. I know I would have saved something important like that. Oh well, back to the busy signal at DVC Member Services.

All fixed!! Took all morning to get thru to DVC Member Services, then on hold, then on hold waiting for Tech Services and then all fixed like Magic! Turns out when I created DW's MDE and noted she was DVC, the site swapped Primary to her. As far as an Activation Code, they couldn't provide me one since it's like a one time thing. Once you're in the DVC Website, you're in it forever. IT has to help out on any future issues. Good to know if that is really true, but either way I've been made whole again.

The Member Service Rep who helped me is working from home as is most of DVC Member Services. Very nice and helpful.
