It was 105 in Oklahoma City today! :sunny: I've been trying to look at it like practicing for our August Disney trip. It feels like you're walking in slow motion out there. :p

It was pretty hot today in Ct. for sure. Then DH said, imagine it about 30 degrees hotter. He got back from Iraq in May! ;)

Well it is 112 degrees in Crete where my DS is spending the summer with his college at a DIG site. All day long in the sun BUT BUT BUT...they have NO humidity and they are surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea all day long. He said it actually feels like 80's would in MA. on a day we would have no humidity and we would have a fabulous sea breeze!!!! :sunny:

Ahhh...to be young again!!!! :goodvibes

I was thinking the same thing earlier about it being good training for our Disney trip in August! Although ya know what? We were there last August and it was hot, sure, but I don't remember it feeling as hot as it was here the last couple of days. Tonight the guys on the news were joking that we have a cold front moving in tomorrow b/c it's only supposed to get into the low 90's! I really don't like heat, unless I'm in Disney of course ;) !

105 here in Fort Worth. :sunny: (I wish this guy was frowning!)

Just the trek from house to car (or in Texas - truck) kills me!!! And we are not even in August yet! There are only two seasons in Texas, winter & H-E-(double toothpicks!)

Yipes!!! I will be in OKC Wensday. I can take the heat but if I can't chew the air I dry out somthing fierce.

We're just SW of you in Lawton. It was a balmy 109 (not counting the heat index) when I picked up DD from her hiking trip at 1:30 this afternoon. Looking forward to an outdoor concert in Dallas this weekend, where it's only supposed to be 100. :sunny:

Def HOT here today. But hey - it's a dry heat! No humidity & it cools down at night.

You guys take care in that hot, humid weather. Drink plenty of water.

I have lived in the humidity for so long I developed a set of gills :teeth:

I'm just up the turnpike...we caught a break at 102 :thumbsup2 DS has an outdoor party tomorrow... :sunny: :sunny:

Wow, it's hot all around isn't it? We're having record temps up this way, typical........we get record LOW temps in the winter as well. LOL

I think it was 98 the day before yesterday but had cooled off to a delightful 85 yesterday. And here DH and I are hoping to live in central Florida some day. Can't imagine how we'll deal with the heat though. :confused3
