Try melatonin. It's your body's natural way of falling asleep, but some people don't make enough of it. I've tried it, it worked for a while.
Also, try Dreamerz. I thought it was a scam, but anyone who has trouble sleeping knows how desperate you can get for sleep. It's crushed up melatonin with some other herbal stuff, all disguised as a drink mix. Had me dead to the world with the most vivid, lucid dreams I've ever had. However, for several days, I didn't know if I was awake or asleep. (But that was kind of fun).
