anyone else here have an insane amount of trouble sleeping?

I'm not having trouble sleeping...I could probably be out cold right now. I'm just waiting for my laundry to get done. xD

I couldn't sleep last night either. My problem was my schedule was changed. I woke up earlier than normal, and so I was more tired than normal at the end of the day.

I fell asleep around 7pm. I woke at 8 to my sister BLASTING heavy metal from her room, so I yelled to her to shut it off. After yelling 10 times, I discover there's no one in her room. :headache:

So then I couldn't sleep and attempted to go back to sleep around 11pm. 1130 rolls around and guess what? My sister wakes me up AGAIN! She's still on her freaking computer with her tv and lights on. It's a school night!
 
I have an incredibly hard time falling asleep. I usually fall asleep around 2:00 AM and wake up at 6:00 AM. I've tried EVERYTHING (sleeping pills, hypnotherapy, etc.) and noting works. I have to be REALLY tired to fall asleep before 2:00 AM (of course, it usually ends up being on Friday or Saturday :rolleyes: )
 
I usually don't have issues but I have taking forever to fall asleep lately.
 
I usually go to bed around midnight and either wake up at 7 (for class) or whenever (when I don't have class).

Sometimes I even sneak a nap in the middle of the day.

I used to have problems sleeping, but that's a thing of the past now. I love to sleep and I can konk out just about anywhere.
 
YES. For real.
Try melatonin. It's your body's natural way of falling asleep, but some people don't make enough of it. I've tried it, it worked for a while.
Also, try Dreamerz. I thought it was a scam, but anyone who has trouble sleeping knows how desperate you can get for sleep. It's crushed up melatonin with some other herbal stuff, all disguised as a drink mix. Had me dead to the world with the most vivid, lucid dreams I've ever had. However, for several days, I didn't know if I was awake or asleep. (But that was kind of fun).
