Anyone Else Having Trouble With CRT For Dinner?

When we ate there in early June, we (well our travel agent) called about a week before our trip to see if it was open and we got a 7:30 seating for 5 people. That was the earliest seating available, but it was a time that we wanted so it worked out great for us.

I'm stuck with a 4:00 for 9/12. Again, it's the "table for 2" thing. A lot of threads on this lately. I'm going to call around 30 days out and try to change it, but if I can't, no biggie!

Yes, I'm having a hard time with CRT.

I started calling last week to find a time for our Sept/Oct trip and there were NO times for breakfast, lunch, OR dinner for a party of 3! I tried again today and even with asking for 4 at a table, they still had nothing.

The CMs have been surprised that dinner has no availability. Since that's the start of MNSSHP & Food and Wine festival, towards the end of the free dining plan, and some schools' breaks, I'm really hoping it's not crowded....

Guess I was lucky, I called 90 days out from my arrival date and was able to get a table for 2 at 5:05 on 10/25 before MNSSHP. I think this is a great time as I'll be finished in time to walk off my dinner before the party

I had been looking at those same dates as well as 9/26 or 9/30.

I called for my trip 9/19-9/26 and had no luck with dinner...then I called the next week just as a random shot and got it for a Thursday night. I think the free dining definitely makes a difference, as with the changes to lunch, dinner is the only time you can eat in the castle and choose from a full menu.

I would keep calling--apparently things open up rapidly! Good luck!

I called early July got dinner for 2 on aug 28th at 4:00 which is a little early for us to eat dinner the CM I talked to and who set up all my AR's told me to try back the 1st part of August and try for a later time for dinner as the CRT was not booking anything past 5:30 that evening. The CM said they always have the CRT listed as closing early then later extend the hours. Keepin my fingers crossed that I do get a later time for dinner if not I might switch to something else.
