Anyone else having trouble getting through to ms?

Hi...iAm trying to call MS to pay my dues as it doesn't seem to be working online..(makes my pc crash)...The 407 number works fine but what about the free phone number/?..I call the number we were given followed by the 1-800 number and I get an engaged sound??
any clues?....Its worked fine in the past and iam soon to be calling day by day for a two week ressie so don't want to call the expensive 407 number ...Any ideas?

The are extremly busy just now, I waited 15 minutes once I got through just to speak to someone. Hang in there they will eventually answer.

Thanks...I just read about the problems on the planning board...I thought it was a problem from the Uk but seems its everyone....I'll try calling at 2pm.

Yep - I got to speak to someone within 2 - 3 minutes

It took nearly 20 minutes to make my simple reservation though as the computers were going really slow so I'm guessing the combination of the slow computers and the amount of people calling are making it extra busy.

I have to call again in about 10 days so hopefully it will be easier to get through

hi tink....did you manage to book AKV at the 7 month window?...Are you calling day by day?..Iam trying to decide if i should go for AKV or WLV..don't know whch one will be harder to get at 7 months. I don't start calling till the 25th of Jan though.

I did and I got concierge but I only wanted to book it for one night so that's probably why I managed to get it. I called on Tuesday to book 2 nights at Vero and I have to call again starting next week for the Beach Club and I will call day by day for that one.

I would guess that VWL would be easier to get than AKV but you might get lucky but if it's AKV I'd call day by day

I just called, it took about 5 mins to get through to an advisor. I changed my first week from SSR to BCV with no problems.
