Anyone else having problems with Firefox and email/Facebook?

Okay, found the old version and installed it, but I am still having the same problem! UGH! I checked under help and I have 3.6.12 installed. It did ask me to update adobe acrobat, but could that be the problem?

FYI---it is AOL email and my school email, which goes through Microsoft Outlook.

Any other ideas? It worked until yesterday morning.

Do you have Vista? The directions to do a System Restore are different. I gave you the directions for Win XP. Try one/both of these directions. Maybe you do have System Restore after all. Reset it back to Wed or earlier.

I have it, I just can't use it, because I am not the administrator for my computer. We get them issued from the school system. When I try to restore, it just tells me that I cannot perform that action, to contact an administrator.:guilty:

Try to reboot into Safe Mode. Restart computer and immediately keep pressing the F8 key until a window appears that asks you if you want to start the computer with Safe Mode. Choose that option.

For some reason, when I do that, my computer automatically logs in as "Administrator." I'm the only owner & User on my PC, so I didn't even know there was an Administrator log in. It didn't ask for any password or anything. That may work for you. I was able to do System Restore & other stuff when I had a PC virus and had to boot into Safe Mode.
