Anyone else having problems w/ AP site?

I can log into the passholder page, but can't seem to get to the page where you the special offers are. I am wanting to book rooms, but it just isn't let me go there; it just send me back to the log in page. I know that I am logged in correctly, it tells when my pass is valid thru at the top of the page. Any ideas?

I booked for a two night stay before our cruise, and was able to do it no problem.

I ended up with 122 taxes in for a moderate.

I had to give a one night deposit.




I had some problems with the site, it is very picky! I kept having problems, so I called, and they said they can only help between on the phone from 2-5pm eastern, which is in 5min!

I ended up figuring it out, I had forgotten to click on the box that said I had read all the conditions!

I also didn't put a prefix for my sons.

ANyway, it worked in the end.

Ok...am getting so frustrated with the disneyworld.com/passholders website.
I still cannot get past the special offers page to the page where I can even try and book a room. I have no other problems going anywhere else in the site. I even changed my browser setting to low and enabled all cookies. I am lost. Any ideas?

I haven't been able to complete a transaction for at least 4 weeks. I know I am using the correct numbers because I already have 3 trips booked using BRP. I have McAfee and I read somewhere that users of McAfee are having the same problems. I don't know what else to do.

ok...that makes sense. I have Mcafee on my computer. I was able to call and get some rates for the AP yesterday. But, I'd still like to able to see it for my self. Trying to decide which to stay at, value or mod. I even got the price for a one bedroom at OKW, $375.00 a night.YIKES!!! I could just rent points, but am a little nervous about that. UGH>>>>just wish I could get on that site. If anyone can figure out a way to bypass MCAfee let me know.
