Anyone else having problems getting e-mail confirmations of reservations?

In the last week I've made a couple reservations but have not received any e-mail confirmations from DVC. I e-mailed MS about this but got the usually check your junk/spam mail boxes, which I had already told them I had checked. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem?
 
I made 2 on line reservations on Wednesday and by Wednesday night, I had e mail confirmations for both.

When calling they aren't automatic, the CM has to push the button, sometimes they don't.

I usually get them if I book online.

Come to think of it.... I just made my reservations by phone this past Tuesday (booking for 2 families and wanted to link the reservations as well as request specific buildings). I have not yet received an email confirmation. The CM told me it would be delayed, but almost a week???? :confused3 Hoping to get one in the regular mail this week.
 

I never get them. They quit sending mail confirmations several years ago. So, if I want a paper copy of my reservation for some reason, I have to log onto the site and print it out. On the other hand, it does show up on the MDE site.
 
I haven't had much trouble with the reservation emails. I did have a CM tell me they were having trouble with their email system so they might be delayed.

I am having trouble sending a room request via the email button on the contact page. I write it up and it says email sent, and then 24 hours later I'm getting an email saying that the email was undeliverable.
 
Sometimes they come through and sometimes not at all. I can book two rooms and get the confirmation for one but not both. I always end up calling back and they re-send it and it comes through fine.
 
Same issue with trying to submit a room request via the member site email contact. Hope they get it fixed soon !
 
I did an online reservation a couple of weeks ago, got the confirmation within a couple hours.

I sent an email to add a request and it took about 10 days to get a response!
 
I use to get email confirmations when booking online but havent for a year or more...I did let them know but still no emails :confused3
 
We received an email confirmation for a trip we booked online in December 2014. Last year we received confirmations for our May and December WDW trips and our trip to Aulani in October 2014. Unlike confirmations in prior years where it just gave us the confirmation number and a link to the actual reservation, we were sent an actual copy of the reservation for two of the 2014 trips plus the two trips we have scheduled for 2015.

Prior to 2014, we usually got the online confirmations, but the reservations made by MS were hit or miss. And the reservation confirmation was just the confirmation number with a link.
 
The question was clearly stated with regard to emails not USPS mail.

It's so nice that they've changed the format. Now it works with Tripit!

OP, I have not had any issues and do receive the email confirmations within 24 hours or less.

I can chime in on this now, I just made 3 reservations within the last 45 minutes, and just to the email confirmation for the first one.
 
Looks like it may be a problem on TWC's end with this one e-mail address. I had DVC send to another e-mail on the same domain and another mailbox on a different domain and both worked, now waiting for TWC to see if they can figure out what's happening.

This isn't true. I finally got my confirmations in the mail on Saturday....about 10 days after I booked our trip. Never got the email confirmation, though!

I never get either. The last time I got a mail confirmation was probably 4 years ago, and the last time I got an email confirmation was about 2 years ago. But, if it is important to me to have a paper copy of my confirmation, I print it from the member website. I have used and linked my reservations to the MDE ever since that has been available. It may be the way I have my account configured, but, I never get mailed or email confirmations, so, I thought they quit doing them when they started allowing on-line reservations.
