Anyone else having problems connecting for FastPass reservations?

I have been trying to connect since 7 am to get our FastPasses for our November trip. Have tried online and mobile app an neither will let me get FastPass reservations. Frustrating!

I had trouble at first but kept trying. I finally got through to get my reservations but other family members in our party had their tickets disappear! I was only able to book FPs for 4 of our party of 6 guests. I'm a bit panicked, too!

Hmmm... not working here either. I actually came on board to discuss a weird FastPass thing.

Our trip begins 10 November. I logged on last night to make sure all was in order to get FastPasses this morning at 7am (September 11 was 60-day Mark for resort guests).

When I logged on last night, the FP calendar was open through November 13. I was able to get passes for days up to and including November 13. So, I got passes for the days of our trip (November 10 to November 13).

Now, here’s the downside. There were simply no tickets available during that timeframe for a number of attractions - app said no tickets left, standby may be available.

These attractions included slinky dog, flight of passage, seven dwarves - the usual suspects.

So, why was the early access available? Also, why are things already filled before people should have access? This doesn’t bode well for 30-day window guests. And now, why is access not available this morning???

We are also going in nov and 60 window today. Have not been able to get through at all. Finally called and told "global enhansment" for a couple of hrs. He said to try late am or noon.

I was having problem this morning too, but keep trying! It took forever on the app and it kept telling me that all the FP for the day had already been given out. I was able to modify everything on the website when I got to work and comparatively had a fairly smooth selection process.

Best of luck to all those having troubles! Keep trying and refreshing and don't give up!
