Anyone else having MS issues this morning??

I called and after the prompts it just rang and rang. Called again and finally got through.....then when he put me on hold, a call waiting came through with two rings and my caller I.D. said Disney Cruises. I didn't pick up but my MS person never came back on..so I hung up. Then I tried to call again and it rang and rang again after all the prompts.

Me too. I have just tried 3 times from UK and each time after going through the recorded message it just rings and rings. Usually there is message to say they are experiencing high call volumes etc.

Very odd stuff going on then. WHen I saw the Disney Cruise Line on my caller I.D. I was very confused. I just checked it and the number reads 407-566-3596

I called at 9 am and got right through with no problems

It also took several times for me to get through.
When following the prompts, it just rang and rang and rang.
When I did not follow the prompts, just let the phone do it's thing, MS answered right away.

I just called but the wait time is 8 min.
