I did all of my ADR's 180 days out but I always end up changing a few as the weeks go by.... I tried to make an ADR for dinner @ Le Cellier for 9/29 and the CM told me there was NOTHING available all evening!!! Wow! That's usually something to be expected at CRT!!! :rotfl: I'm sure it has everything to do with the free dining promo.... but still-wow!

I booked most places last month but i've had to make some changes and I've found it much harder this week to make bookings, I had to settle for 6.10pm at the California Grill and 8.20 for Coral Reef for the end of September!

Good luck with your reservations!

WOW~~~
Thats not good. I still have to make some of mine. I guess I should be getting a move on it~ :Pinkbounc
When I booked my trip I said I know for sure that I wanted to go to the PRIMETIME CAFE and the time I wanted to go was booked solid, i had to go alot later then I wanted to go and I thought that was strange for Primetime... Good Luck w/ ur reso's... and thanks for the push on me getting ours done! :) :rolleyes1

Remember this is a time when more people plan to go to WDW for MNSSHP.
The popular restaurant do get booked up faster now.

I made my ADR's about 2 weeks ago. I got Le Cellier for 7:10 on 9/28. She told me that we would be split up. Which didn't bother me because my kids are older. I'm glad now that I took what I could get. If I hadn't I probably wouldn't have had the opportunity to eat their.

Because I listened to you guys advice I booked my ADR's two weeks ago and got every single one of my 20 TS ressies except for 2 at the exact time I wanted. The other two were only ten minutes early or late.

Thank you, thank you!

Slightly Goofy

Yes, I've been having difficulty getting ressies at Chef Mickey's on 9/30. I changed the dates and have been able to get the ressies. They always ask are you on the DP? I wonder if that has something to do with not having ressies.

restaurant times are impacted because of free dining, MNSSHP activities, Food and Wine Festival: so lots of things going on that last week in Sept.

I was able to book everything I wanted three weeks ago, except for 1900Park Faire dinner, which was sold out for every night for the 20nights I am at WDW. Last Monday I called in and got one for Sept 21 @7:20pm.
I did get all the times I wanted but on days different than what I really wanted. :cool1:

I would suggest that you keep calling back (1-800-828-0228 dining ext #3) and trying to get one you want.

:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I made my ADRs last week for the end of Sept beg of Oct and I too tried for Le Cellier on the 29th, the only time avail was 8:50... I took it, then today I realized we would miss Illuminations. So I called today on the off chance we could change it, yeah right they are 100% booked all day! I might call a couple more times and then when we are down there to try and change....

Wow, I'm glad I made our ADR already for Sept. 11-16th about a month ago. I'm thinking of changing one or two of them-has anyone had a problem boooking during the middle of Sept.? I guess I better decide and call tomorrow.

:thanks:

Oh great I just booked our trip and haven;t made one ADR. I haven't even planned our trip yet. I better get moving.

just a tip, i decided to change a couple of ours, with no problem btw, but i made sure to schedule new ones, & THEN cancel the old ones. always try back later if you don't get what you want the first time. as a lot of people make changes

Ooo... I am *so* glad I made my ADR's two weeks ago. I wasn't trying for Le Cellier on 9/29, but I needed Yachtsman Steakhouse that day. Whew!!!!!!

I hope you get the ADR's you need eventually. I do understand the stress and worry connected with the planning -- but just think. Even if you don't get Le Cellier, you're still going to be in WDW. That's a heckuva lot better than a whole bunch of other "vacation" spots, y'know?

I made my ADR's when I booked the trip on April 2nd. I called last week, for the third and last time, to make a couple of changes. The only problem I had was for 9/29, the date of MNSSHP. I couldn't get The Concorse Steakhouse at the time I wanted, so I booked Kona Cafe instead. Le Cellier and Boma I made when booking the trip, because of the popularity on Dis and didn't want to miss out. Like a previous poster said, keep checking for cancellations. I canceled the Boma ADR, for various reasons, when I called last week.
