Anyone else having a hard time canceling ADRs online?

I just changed my trip dates and I'm trying to cancel all my previous ADR's online. Can't seem to do it, I just keep getting errors... Anyone else having this issue?

Yes! Haven't been able to cancel any online, have had to call each and every time...just another perk from the Disney site.

I logged out and logged back in and then was able to cancel without issue. This was yesterday as well.

I had problems with this recently too. Clearing cookies helped... have you tried that?

I ended up having to use a different web browser (I was using Safari and had to use Firefox). I seems to have more problems with the Disney webside with a Mac than I ever did with a PC!
