Anyone else having a bad day? :guilty: Need some love :lovestruc :flower3:

OP, Here's a  for you.

(Just remember: Mamma said there'd be days like this!)

TC:cool1:

Although I'm still :goodvibes, the morning was rough. Got a parking ticket ($$$) because I misread the sign (we just started using the kiosks in Philly) and parked in a handicapped spot:scared1: Got the ticket while I was at the doctor's office getting the seasonal flu shot (for the first time, that I did NOT want to get, but had to because my job mandated it!!)

All things considered, things could be a lot worse for me - so I'll keep:goodvibes

Mine was yesterday too.. today is better but not much!

Days almost over!

Hugs all the way around to a better day tomorrow!!!

:hug:To all of you having a bad day.

How about a joke?

Two doctors and an HMO manager die and line up together at the Pearly Gates. One doctor steps forward and tells St. Peter, "As a pediatric surgeon, I saved hundreds of children." St. Peter lets him enter.
The next doctor says, "As a psychiatrist, I helped thousands of people live better lives." St. Peter tells him to go ahead.
The last man says, "I was an HMO manager. I got countless families cost-effective health care."
St. Peter replies, "You may enter. But," he adds, "you can only stay for three days. After that, you can go to hell." :grouphug:

:rotfl:Thanks for the laugh!

Sorry to see so many of you are having a bad day..

Hang in there!

Yep! The deadline to RSVP to DD's party was today. It seems that even though all the parents around here are college educated, they lack an understanding of the term "RSVP." :headache: The person from the venue called today for a firm head count and I had to tell her I had no idea. Some classmates told DD they would attend, but I've learned to take that with a grain of salt, since half the time the parents are unaware that the girl has agreed to attend. That's why the RSVP section said to respond to me, the mother and gave my phone # and email. I guess taking 30 seconds to respond is too much to ask.

I told DH that I'd be willing to bet if their DH's boss sent an invitation to their home, they'd suddenly understand what RSVP meant. :rolleyes1 My friend suggested I send an email letting them know I needed a firm head count, but I said, "Wouldn't that be like saying, 'Please RSVP to my RSVP?'" :lmao:

Oh well......I had to tell DD that this may be the last party we have for her, because I'm tired of dealing with inconsiderate parents. It never fails. It seems every friend I have suffers from the same problem. It's not just me. People don't RSVP and then just show up unannounced. Or the kid says they're coming, but they don't. It's a PITA.

This has been a Public Service Vent. :rotfl2:

Yesterday was bad.. and today was not much better. Oh if I could only not wake up tomorrow. I just want to go to sleep and never wake up again.
