Anyone else have trouble with online dining ressies this morning?

Was it just me?

I kept getting routed back to where I had to put in the confirmation number for the resort reservation so that I could book for the full vacation dates. I totally understand why you would need to put this in but I kept getting asked to confirm it and then I would re-enter and it would say that I already confirmed it.

I was not able to finish my ressies online although I got the important ones. It was a very frustrating experience.

Do you think the system was overloading seeing as the 180 day window for free dining in August just started?

I had problems a few months ago when I was trying to make all my ADRs. I finally had enough and just picked up the phone and called, and we had it ALL done within 20 minutes. Since then, I've made changes online with no problems at all....ya never know

I had the same exact experience you are talking about this morning. I switched from firefox to IE, after about an hour I finally had some luck, but still had to call and wait on hold for 1 hour b/c I couldn't get Cape May Cafe for our party. The CM had to break us up.

I just think its crazy, I am 180 days out, I should have had my pick, I did not have any hard to get ressies (Le Cellier or CRT, etc) and couldn't get cape may w/ the family and then had to settle for 7:45 @ Via Napoli when my family would have preferred an earlier time.

Start time for ADRs was 5:55am...end time 8:45am....it should not take that long!!!!!

How strange?? Cape May??!! What in the world is going on, I wonder? Guess the Free Dining has something to do with it.

I did mine at 5am this morning (6am Eastern), and all went well! I was able to get everything we wanted, and pretty close to the exact times we wanted, too. After reading this, I feel very fortunate that it went so smoothly. I think it took about 20 minutes start to finish.
