Anyone else have trouble renting a golf cart??

OMG, I am going nuts. Been trying to reserve a golf cart, but can never get anyone to answer the phone. The recording tell me to continue to hold for a while, and then everything goes quiet. I have tried multiple times on different days. I am dialing 407-824-2742...anyone know of an alternate way to contact them?
 
I had same thing happen to me when I tried to make ressie's for golf cart calling from the phones at the CS. That was early in the afternoon. I called when they open, I think 8 and got right through. So, try early morning if you haven't. Good luck
 
I don't recall if it was at the Fort (or Disney) or somewhere else, but the "hold" message would come on and then go Silent for about a minute, then another "We will be with you shortly" type message and again go silent. I hate it when they do that because you are not sure if you are disconnected or if it's a "Silent" hold.

Anyway, like Snowmedic said... try early AM and remember they are Eastern time. :)
