Anyone else have this problem

I've been on the Disney website trying to plan out our itinerary and I'm having problems.
When you log into "My Disney Vacation" and click on itineraries, I can't ever change the month. When I click on October, it changes to November. I have updated my browser, downloaded all the things they say you need, and I've sent their technical support an email and no response. I want to utilize this feature and I'm getting aggravated. Anyone else having this problem?

the itineraries have never worked right for me. infact, i think that the official disney website is the worst disney website there is.
