Anyone else have this online problem?

I have an existing profile/name with password on WDW.com. When I want to put in my DVC resort reservation number, it doesn't recognize it. I want to use this number to do my ADRs for 180+10. Am I doing something wrong?

The Disney site won't recognize your ressie number under My Vacations. However, when making Dining Ressies (under the Dining page), there will be a place for you to enter your Confirm Number for your resort. That will give you the 180 + 10 option. When you choose "Book a Reservation", the next page will have a link that says "retreive your reservation".

Try going back to DVC.com and copy and paste your ressie number, that is the only way I got it to work once. Don't know why but it did. Good Luck.

Did that work for you b/c I am also having the same problem. I just end up calling Disney Dining directly (but I would rather have the ability to do it online). Thanks for asking - I thought it was just me - although when I do speak with a Dining Rep they admit there are problems with the website.

I got it to work at the 180 day mark for my ADRs for March 1 - 8, 2010. I too went in to the Dining reservation page and accessed the link.

To make your reservation, please enter the requested information:

Update Your Profile
Are you an Annual Passholder and/or Florida Resident? If so, please update your profile so we can tailor your dining search.

Log In or Register
If you log in or register before you make your reservations, you can retrieve and view them later online.

Resort Guests & Dining Plan
If you have a Resort reservation or would like to associate your Disney Dining Plan to your dining reservations, please retrieve your resort reservation. (Please be advised that not all restaurants participate in the Disney Dining Plan. Please check your Dining Plan information for participating restaurants.) Retrieve your reservation.

I believe I logged in first and then went to the Book Dining Reservations page and then selected a restaurant and then clicked on the link, "Retrieve your reservation". I made several ADR's without any problems. And I was able to retrieve those online ADRs on a print out. BTW, I also had some ADRs made by phone and I could not get a print out of them.
