Anyone Else have no scrollers?

This happened to my DD's friend last night, and now for me this morning.....when we enter the game, it comes up with no scrolling bars so we can't go down and move around the game, check messages,etc.... its FRUSTRATING to say the least!

Same thing happened to me today. I was able to click on the visible tops of the buttons to get around though. You just have to remember which button is which!

Yup, that's how I am operating this morning too! I am lucky enough to see the very tips of the buttons along the bottom, so at least I can navigate. I have to remember what I am typing though, because I cannot see the box!

But that's better than last night, when I couldn't even see any of the buttons at all, and so couldn't do anything...

I am unable to see the tops...I have stretched the screen as much as it can go. If anyone out there sees Yavn, please let him know! I know a few people having this happen, and I can't play!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

My son (10) plays VMK and he has had this problem since Thursday! Someone on the VMK forum told me our window was not big enough. But we have never had this problem before. We are playing full screen also. I wish they would fix it because it drives him crazy - it bugs me because I do not know what to do to correct it if anyone comes up with a solutions please let me know. Thanks for any help!

But I figured it out!!!!! When VMK is loading,press F11 key to play full screen!

I don't know if this will help, but I either make my window full screen (by using the VMK Direct Login Link: https://secure.disney.go.com/vmk/en_US/index?name=LoginPage) or I take away all the the toolbar except the standard buttons in my browser, while I play VMK. That usually leaves me enough room for the VMK buttons.
