Anyone else have a problem getting their Photopass CD?

I'm a little frustrated right now. I ordered my photocd on 6/12 and still haven't received it! I sent an email a week ago and got a response that they are 'working to push it thru' and that I should respond to the email w/in 48 hrs to check the status. So i did and I got the same response, they are 'working to push it through' = :confused3 I'm not understanding how this is happening and when I called this morning she could only tell me that they were waiting for the people in Orlando to send the my pictures. Craziness and really frustrating! I want my pictures!:headache: Has anyone else had this happen? How did it turn out? I just don't understand in the digital age how something like this can occur.:confused:
 
Hmm, I ordered mine on 6/18 and haven't gotten it yet, but I couldn't remember how long it was supposed to take, so I haven't really worried about it yet. Does it give a time when you order it - 7-10 days, 2 weeks, etc?
 
On their website it says 2 days turnaround time. Now I ordered mine on a Saturday, so I would totally get why it wouldn't get into their system until Mon or Tues. But...If I were you, I think I"d check the status of my order, just to see if it's shipped yet. In theory if it takes a couple of days to print it and then a few more to receive it in the mail, you would have it within a week or so. I dunno, I'm just frustrated! Let me know what you find out about yours!
 
That is wierd... I would call again.

I ordered my CD on the 22nd and it says it shipped standard mail on the 25th.
I haven't got it yet, but don't expect to for at least another week.
 

I know, right? I don't get it. The CM I spoke w/this morning said she would do more checking and get back in touch with me later today or tomorrow. I will follow up, if I don't hear back in that time. This is insane. The last time I ordered a CD, it was like yours, order one day and a day or two later it's in the mail. grrrr
 
I ordered mine 6/17 and received it 6/23. Hope you get this resolved soon!!
 
Thanks for the input. Now I'm super confused!:confused3 I guess they have problems periodically, but GRRRR what a pain! I will follow up tomorrow if I don't hear back today. Kind of crazy. I"m glad you've all gotten yours. Now I want mine!!!
 
No I haven't gotten it, but I finally got some answers. I was very persistent and frustrated b/c no one could tell me what was going on. I finally got an email a month after I ordered and it was my mistake, I did the prepurchase cd after our trip, but before I looked at the pictures, like I did last time, but they changed the rules and you have to do the prepurchase before the first pic is taken at the parks. It's fine, I screwed up, but the really frustrating part is I called about 5 times and had email correspondence about it, but no one could tell me why, until last Friday. grrrr. If you have not contacted them, you really should. call them at the number listed onthe website. Good luck! I hope you get yours soon. Now I have to reorder and start all over again. boo
 
This is the fourth PhotoPass CD I have ordered and without doubt, the worst service ever :furious: I ordered my items on 6/30 and have not received a thing yet :headache: Every other time I ordered before, my orders were shipped within 2 days (I checked my order history on-line!) and received in a few days :confused3 One time I ordered on a Monday and had my CD that Friday :goodvibes Not very happy this time around at all :eek:

Oh no! That's probably my problem too. I tried to preorder before I left and had it in my cart, but it didn't go through, so when I got back I had to re-do it. It seemed to work, so I thought there was no problem.
Do you have to pay full price now? Or are they honoring the prepurchase discount?
 
Unfortunately, I have a feeling you are right in the same boat I am. I have phoned several times and been given a song and dance about them running behind, but I think that's just someone's story. have you contacted them yet? I'm afraid I don't have any good news for you, my friend. They would not honor the pre-purchase b/c they say it has to be purchased prior to the first pic being taken at the park. So, I"m screwed. However, I did have a celebration discount card in our room for 20% off one item that I will use to buy my cd. If you've got one of those you can use it. They have told me they will reactivate the discount since I messed up and my original order had to be canceled. :( Just be persistent and adamant until you get your answers. I was extremely frustrated b/c no one would give me answers. I requested to be escalated to a supervisor and was told that it was, but i"m pretty sure it was not. Oh well, live and learn, but it is annoying, frustrating, maddening, you name it. I hope you are able to get yours resolved.

I forgot to mention that my order appeared to go thru as well, in my mind, it should have rejected it immediately if there was a problem, but, here we are a month later finally finding out that isn't so. I hope you get yours resolved!
 
Just to update - I finally got the dreaded email last week that they had canceled my order! I explained that I had tried to order before I left and it was in my cart, but somehow I guess it didn't go through. I asked if they would honor the pre-order price or at least give me a discount. They were really nice and responded right away with a discount code for 15% off. But then I remembered your post and that I had also gotten the 20% celebration discount card in our room so I was able to use that (yes, I tried to stack both, but it wouldn't work - LOL)
So, I guess you live and learn! I won't make that mistake again!
 
grrr I was afraid that was going to happen. What frustrated me more than anything was the inability for anyone to give me answers. It was as if no one there could figure it out. To me, it should've been easy for someone to look at the date on the photos and when I ordered it and say, 'oh, gee, you can't do that' but it took seriously a month for them to figure out what went wrong! I'm with you, next time I'll know better! I did finally get my cd, did you get yours?
 
You're right, it should've been easy to figure out the problem :confused: Yes, I got it a few days ago, so I'm happy now. :)
