I am getting myself motivated to go in and work some OT. Unfortunately, I am on salary so I don't get any extra $$, just peace of mind.

My office is a real "pig pen" right now and I cannot stand the disorder. The only time I can really concentrate without interruptions is on the weekends.

Anyone else going into work on this Saturday morning?

:(

I'm working today :( 7am to 9pm

At about 6:00 though a bunch of us are going to break out the grill and have burgers, sodas, chips, poatao salad and other desserts. Takes some of the sting out of a loooooooooong Saturday.

Another good thing just happened... one of my coworkers just told me that a local station here in Boston is doing All Day Beatles
WOOHOOOOOOOO

Not I. Saturday is my only day of rest all week. I work M-F at my bill paying job, and usually have to do some work for that job on Sundays as well. Then I work Sunday's and usually one or two nights a week at the "fun" job.

Saturday is "me time". :D :p

I am and I never work Saturdays but bonus time is around the corner so I volunteered to let the workman in and install new wood floors (we're under construction).

I am. My office is also is disarray. From being at Disney.

Yea salary also, but I hate having my desk a mess or having anything pending (that is under my control)

I will work until late afternoon.

DH has DD and she is off to Gymnastics, Girl Scouts and Drama - so the only thing that I am missing by being at work is being her chauffer.

I 'm working, I work 2-5pm every Saturday and Sunday.

I open the Fitness Center and the basketball gym at the College where I work for the students. Today, we have a double header basketball game, so I don't have to worry about the gym, just the Fitness Center..

I submit my time card in December for all the money I earn on this weekend job, and will use it for excursions, souveniers, etc on our January cruise.

I am 'working' today. Much to my dismay I could not get my DS to just stay in his crib all day. And can you believe that he Actualy Demanded breakfast too. (these kids today) I am not on salary, but I do get paid in Kisses and Hugs. :p

:rotfl:

I am having the same problem here. Not only that, both DDs thought I had had enough sleep by 6:45! During the week, DD4 fights getting up at 7:15, and DD2 usually sleeps in until 7:30. But not today!! And DH is out of town.

Me! :) I am headed out the door right now actually...working 11-9 today! :)

Yep, working today; housework first....then I have some freelance work that needs to be in by Monday, plus my boss asked me to do some OT so we can get some projects done before she goes on vaca....the good thing is, I can do all of this from home, so at least I can be in my sweats!!

I made a big dent in my work and feel good. It's FREEZING outside, so I am going to make a cup of hot chocolate and wait for DH to get home...he's taking me out to a new Mexican restaurant that is supposed to be super yummy and very nicely decorated. My friend tells me it made her feel like she was at Disney! (not "Mexico" - but Disney - that's funny).

I hope everyone has a wonderful 'rest of today.'

Yep! I worked 7:45-1:00 today. I work for a veterinarian, so we never know what will happen on a Saturday.

Got home in time to watch the OSU/MSU game....

GO BUCKS!

I'm at work right now. I work rotating shifts and the weekends are twelve hour shifts. It wouldn't be so bad except this weekend I'm also playing in the orchestra for "The Sound of Music" and it's making for a very long weekend. At least I get to sleep late all for the next few weeks.

Not I , or yesterday, or the day before that. Couple of vacation days due......mental health days I mean. Just had to use them up:crazy2: :faint:
