I got the email too but also had issues when logging on. I can't get onto the site.

Just like the above DISer and others I got my email, tried to log in, can't and came here to see what was happening with others.

I have been having issues logging onto DMR for a long time now...even when it is just an ordinary day and there isn't a promotion bogging down the servers.

I bought three movies a month or so ago and it took me an hour to get logged on and enter all three codes. Each time I would try to enter my information or a code it would come up with an error

It is even worse when everyone is trying to log on. The 12 days of Disney promotion they did made it impossible to even get on the site most of the time.

I have similar issues with disneystore.com; Disney really needs to improve their websites.

I think it said its good till Jan. 15th? Cant remember.

They are aware of the problems--they posted on Facebook that they are fixing it.

I got it too and had an error trying to get the link to work, but when I went back into my account to check it, I had been credited with the 50 points, so all is good!

They've got it fixed now. I got the error the first time I tried it so I tried again and it said I already entered the code so when I went to "my DMR" I could see I had got the points
