Anyone else fedup with CRO

I have been trying to call. Reception is horrible. They put you on hold and it sounds like you have been hung-up on. I have not been able to access my Disney Vacation. I would really like to talk to someone who really knows what is going on. I guess I will just keep trying. Just very frustrated.
