We're booked for opening week and while I know there will still be lines and waits, I am still excited to go and not have to worry about FastPasses in any way. No standing motionless in the standby line while all of the FastPassers are sent ahead. No stressing about what time you have to show up at a certain ride. No having to just choose one headliner from the top tier. It seems like a Disney experience from the 1950's or something. Anyone else looking forward to the temporary new (old) way of touring?

I’m cautiously optimistic. I think if crowds are limited enough that every day could feel like EMH. Without the FP people cutting the SB lines, things might move along faster.

But I’m not scheduled to go until November, and I worry I might get the worst of both worlds - no FP to speed me through any lines, and expanding capacity letting more people into the park and driving up wait times.

I’ll be monitoring the wait times for sure! This might be the perfect time to invest in a touring plans subscription.

I'm concerned, but look forward to going to see the difference without them.
