Anyone else done with the 60+ FP rule?

As long as demand outstrips supply there will be disappointed people who feel that whatever system is in use is unfair to them. I am not actually endorsing this but Disney could increase fp availability on headliners by doing away with the standby line.
Could go the other direction too, completely remove the FP system. Yes it would probably stink on some rides but for others it would benefit because aguest who is in line two plus hours isn't in other ride lines

No - here are the 9 resorts with 60-day FP and EMH:
Official WALT DISNEY WORLD hotels will be extended these benefits. The Disney Springs Resort Area hotels include:

B Resort & Spa
Best Western Lake Buena Vista Resort
DoubleTree Guest Suites by Hilton Orlando
Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Palace
Hilton Orlando Resort Lake Buena Vista
Holiday Inn Orlando
Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista.

• Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria hotels have also begun including these perks as of 3/19/19.

I stand corrected, but the premise still holds. Disney greatly expanded the number of people who can book FP's at 60 days to the point of not being able to book some attractions even 5-days into your stay.

It wouldn't benefit Disney at all though so they'd never do it. They like the information they get from FP.

People were having this issue with any new ride for a very long time. I don’t like the additional hotels, but I see no significant difference in availability. SDMT has been a challenge since the day it opened and it’s been years.

My experience, until they added the extra hotels, was that I could always get things on day 3+ (Frozen, SDMT, etc..). Since the change I can't get any popular ones even four days in.

Ok. I thought there were only a few. I’d looked recently at the website. Thank you for clarifying.

You can get those right now and earlier than 60+3. Currently the only rides not available at 60 days are FOP and SDD. FOP is 60+2, SDD 60+4.

You are right, you can get Mine Train earlier than 60+3. However, I think depending on the date only late afternoons might be available. I tried on my +1 day with three and 4:30 was the first available time. On my +3 first available was 1:15. That was with 2 people. The strangest thing....every Wednesday till June 5th is in red on Mine Train. I forgot what someone told me was the reason for it.

I had no trouble getting 7D at day 61 and 62 for our last trip and it was a very busy time to go. You can also book FEA at 30 days out.

Agreed, times can be limited but with there are only 2-3 attractions that are hard to get and you just have to plan your days around them if you really want a fp.

Sort of like legacy FP used to be.
