Anyone eaten rare pork?

Personally, no... I would not eat a truly pink or rare pork.
It is a fine line, because over-cooked pork can become tough.

Anyhow, I understand that with our current U.S. system and pork providers, that trich is no longer a concern.

That being said, I don't eat pork that is too pink or rare!
 
I have never eaten pork with pink, and I don't think I would. But that is just me.
 
There's no way I would eat pink pork..same with chicken.
My son was in France and was appalled that they serve chicken pink. They were a little offended when he ordered it well done.
I have never eaten chicken pink, but I have had pork (and beef) that way, usually in what I would consider a finer restaurant, seems to be the "in" thing.
As for sushi, I'm 59 and only got brave enough to eat it in the past 2 or 3 years.
