Anyone due to fly out Monday 6th?

Hey all!

Anyone else due to fly out Monday 6th?

We're meant to be flying with virgin, monday morning, and looking at the virgin website, everything is cancelled through sunday due to frances. It says nothing will happen till AT LEAST monday, and revised flight schedules will be available monday, but we're leaving at 7.30 am to go to the airport.

What is everyone else planning, to do that is flying out monday?
Do you think the flights will be back on? Or, majorly delayed?

Don't really expect anyone to have an answer, would just like to hear the thoughts of others flying on monday!

We were due to fly our today but flight has been cancelled. I think Virgin may have to wait to assess the damage caused by Frances. The airports may be damaged. I think you will just have to hold tight and pray for the best. I hope it all works out for you.

Good friend of mine is due to fly with Virgin on Monday - they're booked into Gatwick Hilton on Sunday and were planning on doing Twilight check in - supppose they'll find out then

Yes it is awful particularly for all you poor things who have had their flights cancelled However your safety & the safety of everyone else already in florida is all that really counts another flight/holiday can always be arranged but safety has to be paramount I think.

My heart truly goes out to anyone in Florida at the moment lets hope frances passes quickly with as little damage as possible
